چکیده

The domain wall movement and magnetization rotations processes are separated experimentally in quasi-static magnetization process of a Finemet type ultrasoft magnetic material. The reversible domain rotations contribution is obtained from the integration of the reversible permeability, μDR, as a function of biasing DC field, measured with very small alternative field amplitude, less than 0.05Hc. The domain wall movement component is obtained by the integration of the permeability obtained by extraction of μDR from the differential permeability derived from one branch of the quasi-static major loop.

Determination of magnetic anisotropy constants and domain wall pinning energy of Fe/MgO(001) ultrathin film by anisotropic magnetoresistance

It is challenging to determine domain wall pinning energy and magnetic anisotropy since both coherent rotation and domain wall displacement coexist during magnetization switching process. Here, angular dependence anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) measurements at different magnetic fields were employed to determine magnetic anisotropy constants and domain wall pinning energy of Fe/MgO(001) ult...

Magnetization Dynamics of Amorphous Ribbons and Wires Studied by Inductance Spectroscopy

Inductance spectroscopy is a particular formulation variant of the well known complex impedance formalism typically used for the electric characterization of dielectric, ferroelectric, and piezoelectric materials. It has been successfully exploited as a versatile tool for characterization of the magnetization dynamics in amorphous ribbons and wires by means of simple experiments involving coils...

Superparamagnetic Behavior of the Magnetic Hysteresis Loop in the Fe2O3@Pt Core-Shell Nanoparticles

Studies of the magnetization of Fe2O3@Pt nanoparticles at room temperature showed that there is superparamagnetic contribution with high saturation magnetization about 12.35(emu/g), and soft ferromagnetic contribution with narrow coercive field about 58(Oe). In this paper we fitted the hystersis loop of sample with Brillouin function that demonstrating existence of superparamagnetic phase. Tota...

Irreversible magnetization reversal In some Co . . based ailoy thin fUms

Irreversible magnetization reversal occurs either by coherent or incoherent spin rotation or by wall displacement. In electrodeposited Co-W, Co-Fe, and CooP 300--500-A. films, vibrating sample magnetometer hysteresis loop analyses indicate that magnetization reversal takes place by wall displacement. The formation and movement of domain walls has been put in evidence by Lorentz electron microsc...

Domain-wall scattering in epitaxial FePd ordered alloy films with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy

Domain-wall scattering in a FePd-ordered alloy film with strong perpendicular magnetic anisotropy has been investigated using magnetoresistance measurements on a whole hysteresis loop and as a function of temperature. A strong correlation between the hysteretic behavior of the resistivity due to domain walls and the magnetization process is found. The data are well described by a spin-dependent...
